We dispatch all orders received by 12 noon on
the next working
day unless a later delivery date has been
entered.
Standard delivery by Royal Mail First Class post is included in the
price. First Class post usually arrives 1 to 2 days
after dispatch.
Premium Delivery uses Royal Mail Special

Delivery is guaranteed next working day after dispatch. Royal Mail do
not count Saturday as a working day so do not guarantee Saturday
deliveries. However, about 90% of Special Deliveries dispatched from us
on Fridays have been delivered on the Saturday
so, if you are ordering at the last minute, it
may be a chance you wish to take. Additional costs of £4.95 per item are added
automatically as you select Premium Delivery. Items are trackable
and signed for.
Orders for delivery to Europe (EU countries outside the UK) will incur
an additional £5.99 per tree. Additional international postage costs are
added automatically as you input the delivery address. All international
orders are delivered by Airmail.
We are sorry but due to restrictions on importing soil and plant
materials into the USA, Treegifts cannot
accept orders for delivery into the USA
or Canada.
All Treegifts are packed in attractive purpose made tubes
that have been tested against
the rigors of postage by Royal Mail.
As we are using
the Royal Mail, we cannot dispatch or deliver on Sundays or Bank
Holidays. If you have a specific delivery requirement or delivery
method, please e-mail
Delivery@treegifts.com
and we will try to accommodate your request.
If
we cannot dispatch to this schedule we will email you immediately. If we
cannot arrange another suitable delivery date we will fully refund you.
Our
system only allows us to capture 1 delivery address per order. If you
wish to send to more than 1 address currently you can write
"multiple addresses" in the Any Comments box & we will
contact you, or you can make separate orders.
