Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on "Add to Shopping Cart" for any items that you wish to purchase. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to satisfy the order. If you wish to edit your order click the "Shopping Cart" icon. (depending on which page you are on, you may have to click "Back" on your browser to find this icon). This will allow you to remove items from your basket. We accept switch and credit card (Visa & Mastercard) payment. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (although we accept other currencies - US dollars, Euros, Swedish Kroner and New Zealand Dollars.) You can print off a full reciept by clicking "View Merchant Reciept" on the Worldpay payment confirmation page. For the highest level of security we recommend that purchases are made via our secure on-line payment system. All disputes are governed by UK law.

Shipping And Handling We dispatch all orders received by 12 noon on the next working day unless a later delivery date has been entered. Standard delivery by Royal Mail First Class post is included in the price. First Class post usually arrives 1 to 2 days after dispatch. Premium Delivery uses Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery is guaranteed next working day after dispatch. Royal Mail do not count Saturday as a working day so do not guarantee Saturday deliveries. However, about 90% of Special Deliveries dispatched from us on Fridays have been delivered on the Saturday so, if you are ordering at the last minute, it may be a chance you wish to take. Additional costs of £4.95 per item are added automatically as you select Premium Delivery. Items are trackable and signed for. Orders for delivery to Europe (EU countries outside the UK) will incur an additional £5.99 per tree. Additional international postage costs are added automatically as you input the delivery address. All international orders are delivered by Airmail. We are sorry but due to restrictions on importing soil and plant materials into the USA, Treegifts cannot accept orders for delivery into the USA or Canada.

We cannot deliver or despatch on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. International orders are delivered by Airmail, and are generally received in 3-7 days. Delivery to multiple addresses. Unfortunately we cannot accept multiple addresses currently. If you wish to send your Treegifts to more than one address please write "Multiple addresses" in the Any Comments box and we will contact you right away. Alternatively, please make separate orders.

Back Orders Our website is automatically updated for stock availability. This means you can only order items that are in stock. However, in the unlikely event that we accept an order that we cannot fulfil you will always be emailed with the option to change or cancel your order. If you wish to order an out of stock item please email us for information. We will let you know when stock is scheduled for release and, if you wish, can email you again when the item is back in stock.

Tax Charges No VAT is charged on any purchases within the EU

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. All payment details including credit card details are sent direct to Nat West bank through our payment provider Worldpay and funds are transferred from your credit card account to Treegifts.com. At no time will personel atTreegifts.com receive your credit card details using this automatic system.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If in the unlikely event your Treegift arrives incorrect or damaged you should contact us straight away at Returns@Treegifts.com and return the Treegift and all it's packaging to us at Treegifts.com, West Farm Lodge, Stapleford Road, Whissendine, Rutland, LE15 7HF, UK. Returns should be made within 10 days of receipt. We will refund any costs incurred by yourself returning the goods to us and offer you a full refund or replacement. Refunds will be promptly processed as a credit to your payment card via Worldpay. Replacements will be despatched by return. Should your chosen Treegift be out of stock you may choose a refund, a replacement or to wait. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unwanted Items If you change your mind about your Treegift, then please return it to us at the above address within 7 days for a full refund. In this event we will not refund the outward or return postage. Please ensure a prompt return & that the tree is watered so that the Treegift arrives back ALIVE.

Privacy Policy It is our policy never to sell or pass your name and address onto other organisations. Information collected from your emails or when you place an order is confidential and we guarantee you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Treegifts.com. We will not contact customers ourselves unless you have specifically asked us to (by checking the box or requesting our reminder service) unless we have a query with your order. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Remittance Terms All orders will be dispatched after completion and authorisation of your switch / credit card. So no further payments will be outstanding.
