Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept debit & credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to Pounds Sterling.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, debit and Solo cards. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us by email and we will correct the mistake for you, real humans are on hand to make sure all goes well..

Our system only allows us to capture 1 delivery address per order. If you wish to send to more than 1 address currently you can write "multiple addresses" in the Any Comments box & we will contact you, or you can make separate orders.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. You will receive a separate confirmation of payment from our online payment handling partner - Worldpay
Shipping And Handling We guarantee to dispatch all orders received by 12 noon the next working day unless a later delivery date has been entered. You can see the next guaranteed dispatch day for your Treegift by clicking to find when your order can be dispatched after you enter your invoice address. If you choose to enter a dispatch date please remember this is the date when we post the Treegift, please allow a day or two for delivery.

Standard delivery by Royal Mail First Class post is included in the price. First Class post usually arrives 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. (Royal Mail stats - 92% First Class post arrives on time)

Premium Delivery uses Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery is guaranteed next working day after dispatch. Additional costs of £5.95 per item (+ an additional £2.20 for Saturday delivery) are added automatically as you select Premium Delivery (or Premium Delivery Saturday supplement). Items are trackable online and need to be signed for at the delivery address.

Orders for delivery to Europe (EU countries outside the UK) will incur an additional Airmail charge per item. Airsure is used for Treegifts to provide a faster service which is trackable online (£8.50). Simple Aimail is used for all non living items, rattles, plant markers or paper knives (£3.20). Additional international postage costs are added automatically as you input an overseas delivery address.

We are sorry, but due to restrictions on importing soil and plant materials to many countries Treegifts can only accept orders for delivery within the EU.

All Treegifts are packed in attractive purpose made tubes that have been tested against the rigors of postage by Royal Mail.

As we are using the Royal Mail, we cannot dispatch or deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. If you have a specific delivery requirement or delivery method, please e-mail delivery@treegifts.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

If we cannot dispatch to this schedule we will email you immediately. If we cannot arrange another suitable delivery date we will fully refund you.
Back Orders We update stock levels automatically so as a rule items available online are actually available to dispatch to you. However, mistakes sometimes happen. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order or choose a replacement if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security Treegifts Limited uses a secure on-line payment provider called WorldPay who accept and authorise most credit and debit cards (Sorry not Amex). All card details are processed by WorldPay using their state of the art security systems so your details are safe. WorldPay are a global provider of credit/debit cards. For more information on WorldPay and the absolute security they provide please press the more info button within the WorldPay page before committing to the order. You will see the padlock at the bottom of the screen on the WorldPay page so you know your details are secure. All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are never seen by us or held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy Treegifts do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Any trees returned should be watered before you post them back so that they are still alive.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
