Returns Policy
In
the unlikely event that your Treegift should arrive damaged or incorrect
you should inform us immediately by email at Returns@treegifts.com
and return the Treegift and all its packaging to us at Treegifts
Limited, West Farm Lodge, Stapleford Road,
Whissendine, Rutland, LE15 7HF, UK.
Damaged or
Incorrect Items.
We will refund any costs incurred by yourself returning the goods to us
and offer you a full refund or replacement. Refunds will be promptly
processed as a credit to your payment card via WorldPay. Replacements
will be dispatched by return. Should your chosen tree be out of stock
you will be given the choice of a refund, a replacement tree of the same
value or the option to wait until the tree comes back into stock at
which point it will be dispatched immediately. Returns should be made
within 10 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights as
a consumer.
